Resolution: Won't Fix
the inplace components are a different beast, as they have not input for the placeholder
plugin to act on. We've decided to mimich the placeholder behavior by setting the
_defaultLabel_ attribute, and this has not associated style change.
rich:placeholder with RF inplace components: style is not bound to
component's label

For RichFaces inplace components (select and input) there are no styles from placeholder
-- neither from attribute @styleClass nor default style (rf-plhdr).
