{code}
<lfryc> with no ECSS in RF5 UI, it could work without cssparser on classpath
<lfryc> we could try whether it works in RF5 testing..
<bleathem> lfryc: then we'd need to move it to RF 4.5
<lfryc> yea
<bleathem> lfryc: since it's in core
<lfryc> not moving
<lfryc> making it optional
<bleathem> lfryc: I see
<bleathem> lfryc: we could have RF 4.5 have a transitive dep on it, so it gets
pulled in for the legacy components

<bleathem> lfryc: yeah, resject that one
<bleathem> lfryc: there was a fad a few years back about having 0 external
dependencies. thankfully that seems to have blown over.
<bleathem> or maybe it's still a thing for some people.
<bleathem> I never valued it that highly, so long as the 3rd party deps didn't
have in turn a bunch of 3rd party deps

Make SAC/CSSParser dependencies optional
----------------------------------------
Key: RF-9281
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/RF-9281
Project: RichFaces
Issue Type: Task
Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)
Components: component-a4j-core
Affects Versions: 4.0.0.Milestone2
Reporter: Nick Belaevski
Fix For: 5-Tracking
Make these dependencies optional for RF 5.0.
Let's make sure RF 5.0 doesn't need that (in case there is no ECSS resources in
RF 5.0 UI),
but make RF 4.5 to pull those dependencies.
