Yes, I tried it again and all messages (for all failing validation rules) are displayed
(see the last sentence in my previous comment).
IMHO there is a bug in JavaScript which stops validation at first failing rule and skips
next validations.

When an input is validated by e.g. 2 rules and the value put in it does not pass both
validations, only one message is displayed to the client.
Is it intention?
