Tree does not render correctly if an AjaxEvent wrapped in an
IndexedEvent is queued and the tree is contained in the reRender areas
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: RF-31
URL:
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/RF-31
Project: RichFaces
Issue Type: Bug
Affects Versions: 3.0.0
Environment: Ajax4Jsf 1.1.0, JBoss 4.0.3 SP1, MyFaces 1.1.5, Facelets 1.0.14
Reporter: Andrew
Assigned To: Nick Belaevski
Fix For: 3.1.0
Attachments: HtmlTreeEx.java
When an IndexedEvent, wrapping an AjaxEvent, is queued in the HtmlTreeNode component, the
HtmlTree will not render correctly if the tree is in the list of components to re-render.
What happens is that the tree has its TreeRowKey set after the event is broadcast in the
render phase, when it shouldn't as the entire tree has been requested to be
re-rendered.
The tree is broken and unusable after the rendering is complete. User must refresh the
page to repair the HTML state of the tree.
