Amending this issue to address creating a flash implementation of the fileupload
component. There is no current plan to provide such support, but is this issue attracts
enough community interest with and enough profound use-cases we will address it.
Alternatively, if a community member wants to implement this feature, please do so, and
feel free to get in touch with the dev team for any guidance.
