The big concerns is about support in preventing default actions in browsers,
as stated at {{jquery.hotkeys.js}} reference [1], some browsers does not even support of
re-defining some hotkeys.

I tried following 4 commonly-used shortcuts with RichFaces 3.3.3.Final in Chrome 16 and
Firefox 8 and everything works (i.e. action bound to hotkey is called, not the one defined
in browser):
* Ctrl + A (select all)
* Ctrl + F (find on page)
* Ctrl + S (save page as...)
* Ctrl + U (show page source)
