I moved my install directory to the C:\ disk, there where my home directory is located. The exceptions concerning the unknown update sites still appear but, this time, the update is successfull and, after restart, I got the 8.01. So, I don't mind to have the JBDS install on the same disk as my home but I don't think that this is the solution and I thank you for having opened the Jiras.
