At this point i don't think it's a good idea to change the default for
existing attributes. We fist need to look which implications this change
would have for our backwards compatibility layer in more detail. Since
at least we are not going to be able to provide group and server
overrides for properties.

But please note that even if we do change default to true, it would still not work for
all use cases as many subsystems still do not properly parse xml / read model to actually
benefit from this
but it would still solve many issues when all rules are obeyed but attribute was not
marked to support expressions.
