[jboss-as7-dev] Add Notification support to the domain management API

I've started to work on [AS7-370] Add Notification support to the domain management API[1]. To make sure we agree on the content and scope of this task, I've created a doc on our dev forum summarizing what I intend to do (and not do) about this[2]. It's a simple draft but I'd appreciate any feedback on this. I'm particularly interested by the use cases what would benefit from such notifications (Web Console, auditing, others…) to make sure they'd be covered by the requirements.
