It is perfectly valid to bind to "java:/DefaultDS", just a
bit ugly.
Then lets do it.
Perhaps with a big fat warning that this will eventually be removed.
As this will at least allow people to (mostly) deploy a bunch of existing examples /
demos.
I know I always used that DS for any example needing JPA / Hibernate.
