RHQ will in any case pull a lot more metrics than it will pull configuration.
I.e. metrics are always pulled at regular intervals, while configuration is
pulled when the user wants to access it.

It has to for RHQ, as otherwise we would pull a lot more data than what it needed.
I think we should also in a relatively early stage do a load test with e.g. 50 AS
instances
in a domain and pulling metrics for all of them at once every e.g. 10 seconds.
