I'd pefer some default name. 'undefined' looks bad in a tool. Even if
the default is just something like 'domain' or 'JBoss AS Domain' it
would be helpful. Then if an admin needs to manage multiple domains he
can give them unique names and know which domain his tool is managing.

Yeah, that's true. Really, 'undefined' is a name too; i.e. if 2 domains
are named 'undefined' that's a conflict for any tool that manages both,
so might as well use a real name.
