Seam Dvdstore Example

Hi,
I have removed the doctype declaration from the dvdstore-ds.xml because
this file isn't valid. There aren't any validation errors anymore.
jboss-ds_1_5.dtd seems not to be correct.
There are still issues with WTP's Ear Classpath container. I haven't
found the cause of these issues yet.
Re dvdstore, I think it is a correct application and doesn't have to be
removed from project examples.

Heya,
The 3.0.0.Beta1 branch is now officially fully closed; and I marked it as
released in Jira.
In that process I also 'archived' all the old JBIDE and JBDS versions
(except the latest 2-3 releases);
this makes the fix for and affects boxes alot smaller since the old
versions won't show up there anymore.
