Added 'browsersim' component to jira

Hi,
We are seeing more and more jiras related to browersim which lives "inside" VPE at the moment.
To avoid confusion and too much overlap I've created browsersim component to use for issues related
to browsersim, cordovasim and their standalone variations.
If you see an issue that has to do with browersim but is in vpe - please move it over; thank you.

Is it possible to not use more Fix for versions for one Jira?

Hi,
We QE would like to ask to not use more Fix for version for one Jira
record. In case it's needed would it be possible to clone current Jira
and set appropriately Fix for version.
Reason for this is closing Jiras. We have to verify Jiras agains each
Fix version so in case Jira hase more Fix for versions we can't close
Jira unless it's verified with every Fix for version but then this Jira
stays included in our filters until it's verified with each of the Fix
for version what is confusing and therefore we usually clone Jiras for
each Fix for version anyways.
And when Jira has label respin-? and have more Fix for versions it's not
saying for which Fix for version is label respin'? applied and it;s also
confusing.

Forge build is red due to invalid build.properties file

Please build your sources locally before committing to avoid easy-to-fix
issues like this:

Building in Eclipse w/ PDE does not count - you have to use mvn or
m2eclipse to build w/ Tycho so that you catch issues like these, which
PDE forgives and which Tycho punishes. :)
Oh, and if you DO fix this this master, please ALSO fix it in the
jbosstools-4.1.0.Alpha2x branch, so we don't end up with red builds when
we respin:

Question on docs commit rights

This question was brought about after a jira was opened for me:

Basically, it's a jira for typos in docs. It was re-opened twice for
further modifications, both by Nick and by Michelle.
My questions are as follows:
1) does Michelle have commit rights to all docs folders?
2) If not, doesn't this seem very wrong?
3) Do typo changes require jiras at all? Shouldn't someone just fix them
and commit?
4) Wouldn't it make sense for the purpose to 'fix' docs... be the 'docs'
person?
I'm sure this will come off as that I'm lazy or something, but, that's
not the case really. My time is just better spent on other activities,
and I'm also trying to save Michelle's time as well. If she could just
fix the typos and inconsistancies on her own, wouldn't that be better?
I don't believe docs should be centralized in one core place. I believe
jmx docs belong in jmx, AS docs belong in AS, etc, but, I do believe the
docs person should have full control over the docs, at least to the
point where they shouldn't have to ask the component leaders to commit
typo fixes for them with jiras, branches, etc etc.
Any thoughts?
