Depends on your definition of "released".
Maven definition says "if it has -SNAPSHOT on it, it's not "released".
p2 definition says "if the update site exists and people can use it,
it's released".
So...
Which of these folders contain "released" target platforms? Just
4.30.5.Alpha? Or all of them?

What do you mean by released? Alpha2-SNAPSHOT, by definition, has not
been released in my understanding.
AFAICS, the Alpha1 bits of JBT now reference TP 4.30.5.Alpha.

It would have been confusing is 4.30.5.Alpha3-SNAPSHOT had been used
widely by the team, but I don't think it happened.
