Server agnostic is obviously best. So only question remaining is UI. Do
we want it all in one pull down? Or do we prefer a full toolbar? I don't
have a strong preference either way; just want to know if I should
improve mine to be agnostic, or remove mine to let their UI stay.

Yes. Our four buttons (Choose server, Run, Debug, Stop) are
server-agonstic. You can manage any WTP server via them.
