Note that the jobs are still disabled to allow me to have enough slaves to
push the release out, and to ensure no pollution of 4.5.2 or 11.2 in the
current builds. This is also so that I have time to update parent pom and
root poms.
When they're ready, I'll re-enable the CI jobs.
