Hi, m2e-wtp[1] graduated from the Eclipse Incubator to 1.0.0 and is now generally available. It's also included (along m2e) in the Eclipse Kepler Java EE distribution. I expect the number of downloads on the Eclipse Marketplace to fall down now :-) m2e-wtp 1.0.0 adds support for the new Java EE 7 facets introduced in WTP 3.5.0, as well as a few other goodies. Read the N&N [2] and the changelog [3] to know more about this release. Oh, and we have logos now, thanks to Leslie and James from the JBoss Visual Design team :-) [image: Images intégrées 1][image: Images intégrées 2] So grab Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers [4] or head over to the download area [5], if you want to update Juno installations or add the optional JAX-RS, JPA, JSF configurators. The Beta1 TP now contains the latest Kepler R bits. http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/targetplatforms/jbosstoolstarget/4.3... Please make sure that your master branch builds OK with this new TP. FYI: Beta2b Discovery site contains a newer plugin than it did last night

FYI For two reasons [1], [2], I've respun and republished the Beta2b version of the JBoss Central Discovery plugin for JBT and JBDS. No change is required on your part. --- Details: This just means that the URLs in the previous emails about Beta2b *are unchanged*, but the directory.xml files now point to a newer plugin version B250 instead of B249. NeedInfo about XULRunner

In the JBDS 7.0.0 Installation Guide I have the following statement: * The visual component of the Visual Page Editor, which depends on XULRunner, does not operate in the 64-bit version of JBoss Developer Studio on OS X and Microsoft Windows operating systems. To work around this restriction, you must install a 32-bit version of JBoss Developer Studio on 64-bit OS X and Microsoft Windows operating systems. Is this still correct or does it need updating? I think there was talk of trying to do away with XULRunner but I couldn't find a JIRA Thanks, Michelle

Remaining jars in Teiid Designer codebase ...

Afternoon, Can I have some advice ... I noticed last week that the Designer codebase is still carrying around some library jars in its plugins and I am attempting to eliminate them by a) using dependencies from the TP (jbt-locus + integration-stack-base.target) b) bringing down the library from maven so that at least the codebase does not carry the library Consequently, the following libraries are available in jbt's orbit as TD plugin dependencies: <unit id="org.apache.poi" version="3.9.0.v201303080712"/> <unit id="org.codehaus.jackson.core" version="1.6.0.v20101005-0925"/> <unit id="org.codehaus.jackson.mapper" version="1.6.0.v20101005-0925"/> I notice in the target file based on the integation-stack-base.target that the 4.30.5.Alpha5/REPO [1] is the repository responsible for making available orbit located bundles? Is that right? Should I file a JIRA against JBIDE or JBITS? Any help much appreciated.
