QE Approval for JBT 4.5.3.AM1 release - master branch is unfrozen

Devstudio QE and Fuse Tooling QE is done with testing.
JBoss Tools 4.5.3.AM1 is ready to be released. The sign-off document is

The master branch is no longer frozen.

REMINDER: The master branch is frozen until QE approves this build [usually by EOD Tuesday, GMT+5],

Dear Planning Council
As I already mentioned in previous Planning Council meetings, Java 10
(18.3) will ship at almost the same date as Oxygen Update 3 (4.7.3) on
March 20. We discussed in the Eclipse top-level PMC how we want to deliver
the Eclipse support for Java 10 (18.3). The consensus was that we need an
Update 3a, like we had Update 1a. This allows other projects, like WTP, to
also contribute their changes for Java 10 (18.3).
*Only projects providing changes needed for Java 10 (18.3) can participate
in this release. *
I propose the following schedule, which follows the schedule for Update 1a:
+0 on Friday
+1 on Monday
+2 on Tuesday
+3 on Wednesday
EPP on Thursday
Complete RC Available on (next) Friday
RC1 +0: Friday, March 23
RC2 +0: Friday, March 30
GA: Wednesday, April 4
Please approve this plan or disapprove with well-founded arguments.

REMINDER :: Code freeze for 4.5.3.AM1 / 11.3.0.AM1 is tomorrow, Wed Feb 07.

Reminder, code freeze for 4.5.3.AM1 / 11.3.0.AM1 is tomorrow, Wed Feb 07.
Your root poms should all be using the latest parent pom version
4.5.3.AM1-SNAPSHOT, and the latest target platforms are:
TARGET_PLATFORM_VERSION_MAX = 4.72.0.Final, and
TARGET_PLATFORM_VERSION_MIN = 4.71.1.Final.
(No change from previous sprint. We'll update to Oxygen.3 once those bits
are available, then again to Oxygen.3a when that release is out.)
Please get all your stuff into github by EOD (in your timezone) on
Wednesday so we can spin up the builds over night and have something to
stage for QE on Thursday.
Note: EOD (end of day) is not 23:59. Please aim for end of the "normal"
work day. :D
