JBoss Tools Core 4.16.0.Final bits available for QE testing

These are not FINAL bits, but preliminary results for QE & community testing. Not for redistribution to customers or end users. REMINDER: The master branch is frozen until QE approves this build [usually by EOD Tuesday, GMT+5], in order to provide the option of a respin. Hello, It's a reminder that JBossTools 4.16.0.Final / CodeReady Studio 12.16.0.Final release in the way. The TP will been frozen tomorrow Tuesday, EOD UTC and all repos will be frozen Wednesday, EOD UTC. If you have pending PRs, please check them and make sure they are merged before the code freeze.
