[jbosstools-dev] FYI: Urgent change to baseline compare in JBT parent pom (JBIDE-21052)

To ensure we're correctly testing plugin/feature version bumps, we need to switch to using the latest stable Mars release in both JBT 4.3.x and 4.4.0 branches.
