Len, I don't know if you test JBT on Mars.0 or some Mars.1 RC* but be
aware of this situation.
Because of the Jetty 9.2.10 vs 9.2.13 issues we had,
checking
installation isn't enough; please also make sure you test some basic
browsersim/cordovasim/livereload scenario on Mars.0 + JBT 4.3.0.CR1.
