[jbosstools-dev] New target platform coming this week for JBT/JBDS

It's time to update the target platform again. Why, you ask? Because Juno SR1 is out, which includes: * Juno SR1, including Eclipse 4.2.1, WTP 3.4.1 (& other updates) -- The new TPs have been built and will be published to new locations so as to not conflict w/ the TP used for Alpha2.
