[jbosstools-dev] XULRunner plugin/feature URL change

Hey guys.. Looks like the FTP URL for XULRunner plugins/features we were using for bundling has changed. The new URL is below: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/xulrunner/releases/1.8.1.3/contrib/eclipse/ Phillipe/ATF have also followed our suggestion and merged all the platform-specific features into one feature, so we can get rid of our XULRunner feature that did this.
