Unfortunately, this change requires that we now bump the versions in the
aerogear plugins & features to 1.0.1 and 1.0.100 (in master branch).
(I had erroneously assumed you'd already bumped versions for other
change(s).)

The good news is that having fixed the manifest, the aggregate build now
proceeds fine. Now I just need to ensure what's included is correctly
versioned. :)
