[jbosstools-dev] Who should make icons or other graphic elements?

Hi Max

Sometimes we need icons or some graphic elements for JBDS

I just need to know who is responsible for this work.

E.g. I need icons for Palette (https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-4308)

May I ask Alexey Dmitriev for this, and will this work paid him?

Or it will be someone else?
