[jbosstools-dev] Cyclic dependency between cdi.core and cdi.xml plugins

Plugin org.jboss.tools.cdi.core explicitly depends on org.jboss.tools.cdi.xml. That means that any inexplicit backward dependency is undesirable. After recent changes, cdi-beans.xml references icons from org.jboss.tools.cdi.core/images folder. I think that these icons should be moved to org.jboss.tools.cdi.xml/images, they will be visible to core and ui plugins.
