A new JBTIS TP is available in nexus - it corrects a reference to a nightly repo to
resolve org.jboss.tools.tests
manifest bundle requirement to a stable one. Please use:

It certainly appears that ESB has the same sort of dependency that BPEL
had:

given that the existing TP is broken and people are waiting for it - I
think we should mirror the JBT Core Tests 4.1.1.Alpha1
site and respin the JBTIS TP with the coretests dependency in it (refing
the new mirror). Then it won't disrupt the FSW beta
- we can look at eliminating the dependency after the beta.
