Realized tonight there's a new BPEL feature, which was missing from the
updated Indigo SR1-M target platform (when I updated from the H98 to
H135 build).
will spin to pick up these missing items.
New feature is org.eclipse.bpel.common.feature, which contains plugin
org.eclipse.bpel.common.wsdl.
