[jbosstools-dev] The Curious Case of Freemarker 1.3 (was Re: ACTIONS REQUIRED :: Branching today for CR1 and future 4.1.x releases)

Freemarker got Eclipse-BundleShape: dir in manifest. That's why I have to update version 1.3.0-SNAPSHOT to 1.3.1-SNAPSHOT and create jbosstools-4.1.x branch.
