I like Palette_3.png. The red in Palette_1 makes me think "Error" .

We are working on jQuery Mobile section of our new HTML5 Widget
Palette right now: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-13413
And design of this new palette is a big challenge for us (we are
programmers, not designers) ;)

which one you like better. They are very similar:
