[jbosstools-dev] New Beta1 target platform coming this week - Kepler R

With Eclipse 4.3.0.Final / Kepler R releasing this week, it's time once again for us to update our target platform. The current released version, which is used to build JBT 4.1.0.Beta1 / JBDS 7.0.0.Beta1, is Alpha6 [1] (includes Kepler RC3). The current snapshot, Beta1 [2], which is used to build the bits in the master branch, will soon move to include Kepler R. Stay tuned for more info.
