[jbosstools-dev] 4.4.x branches have been moved to 4.4.0.x so that master can be used for 4.4.1.* work

Max and Alexey have decided that to avoid confusion, the 4.4.x branches should be renamed to 4.4.0.x, so that master branch can be used for 4.4.1.* work. This way those who don't have triage, sprint planning, N&N, doc, blogs, videos, and other non-code work to do during the end of Sprint 115 can continue to do stuff for 4.4.1 in the master branch. This change has been done for all the main component projects (base, server, openshift, ...) and will be done for the build-related and devstudio repos shortly.
