There is no precompiled binary for win64 available afaik.
So, you'd have to build it yourself or use 32-bit Eclipse, 32-bit Java,
and 32-bit Xulrunner.
That said I believe one of the goals for the recently rejuvenated ATF
project @
Eclipse.org is to get more Xulrunner versions distributed as
OSGi bundles (Eclipse plugins) for more platforms. See their mailing
list for more details.
