For future, if there are no changes in the code base, you can just
reject PRs like this. Portlet has no changes for 4.3.0 - I'm not
building it because it's still got the old version from 4.2.x and
there's nothing new in it.
Sorry about that - should have just disabled your job instead. :(
Do you plan to do anything for Portlet in 4.3 / 8.1? Or is it a "dead
project" like Freemarker?
