[jbosstools-dev] Proposed change to JBDS TP 9.0.0.CR1-SNAPSHOT

Back in https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-3440, we decided to use a newer version of TestNG (6.8.6 -> 6.9.5). So, I bumped the version in Central, but forgot to bump the version in the JBDS TP as well.
