Sorry... remote.console uses ITerminalViewControl, which is API in the new terminals
plugin. It gets this object via TerminalViewControlFactory, which is also public API.
So yes, it's public API. What I meant by 'internal' was the control used
inside the view (ie the viewer); not that the class / API was "internal".
