Since WTP 3.1.1 uses EMF 2.5.0, I would imagine we stick with 2.5.0 and
not 2.5.1.

If you can find an EMF 2.5.1 on this page, I'll update the build to use it:

(Hint: there is no EMF 2.5.1.)

As far as I can tell, the EMF team branched immediately after 2.5.0 was
released and haven't done any 2.5.x builds yet. They're a small team so
they're focusing on new work in 2.6.0 rather than maintenance in 2.5.x.
