So I just tried JBDS nightly build which is supposedly based on Luna SR1 RC4:

As expected, the security warning issue does not affect us. But strangely, the blurry text
on Retina is not there either. For some reason this issue is present in Eclipse for Java
EE Luna SR1 RC4, but not in this JBDS nightly.

I would like to confirm that I can reproduce all of the Mac issues
listed in that BZ on my machine with SR1 RC4 (OS X 10.9.5). I will check if it has an
impact on nightly builds of JBDS using this.
