Your root poms should all be using the latest parent pom version 4.5.3.AM1-SNAPSHOT (I didn't bump the version after AM1 because there was no point), and the latest target platforms are: TARGET_PLATFORM_VERSION_MAX = 4.73.0.AM2-SNAPSHOT (updated yesterday to Oxygen.3.RC4 [1]), and TARGET_PLATFORM_VERSION_MIN = 4.71.1.Final.
