Suggested simplification for parent pom:

Once this is merged and validated as working well, we'll need to think again on which
target platforms are still necessary (only mutliple and unified should survive, but
validation and other publishing steps might require a -not published- intermediary one).

Settings are already configured, next step is to give a try by using unified.target on
Jenkins and see whether it uses the right mirror.

I could verify it's using the expected mirror for jbosstools dependencies, but did not

All jenkins.target have been replaced by "unified.target" and will use mirrors.
There are some jenkins.target.maximum remaining since there is still no

Let's move to a single hudson-settings.xml file and put mirrors based on URLs
instead.
The hudson-settings.xml is coupled with Target-platforms only. Using URLs removes need for
several hudson-settings.xml. Instead, let's put all mirroring in hudson-settings.xml.
