Hello EG members, We seem to have overlooked the following critical issues in the specification, some of them brought to our attention based on your feedback. 1148: Numerous bugs in the PDL documentation https://javaserverfaces.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=1148 570: Missing description field in javascript event payload https://javaserverfaces-spec-public.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=570 578: Change javascript payload "name" to "status" https://javaserverfaces-spec-public.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=578 Since the JSF 2.0 final artifacts have not been pushed on the JCP site yet, we would like to use this opportunity to make these critical changes to the artifacts and then push it to the JCP website. We would like to use this opportunity to fix these issues so that this is taken into effect in the EE 6 platform spec. More changes from your feedback and our analysis will come in an MR. Currently proposed changes for this MR can be found here: http://wiki.java.net/bin/view/Projects/Jsf2MR1ChangeLog.The change log is still a work in progress as more issues have been conveyed by the EG, but have not yet been added to the log. Please confirm within 48 hours that is, close of your business day, Jun 25th if you approve these 3 changes. Even one vote received against these changes will result in dropping this effort.
