IMHO this issue is the same as RFPL-2516.
It was moved to RFPL as it seems that it is Metamer related. There needs to be done further investigation.
Therefore this should be closed as duplication.

[JBoss JIRA] (RF-12684) The last page shows rows from the page before if rich:collapsibleSubTable is included in rich:dataTable with rich:dataScroller.
by Brian Leathem (JIRA)
[ https://issues.jboss.org/browse/RF-12684?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.s... ]
Brian Leathem updated RF-12684:
-------------------------------
Workaround Description:
-Use rich:extendedDataTable instead of rich:dataTable-
Specify the id of the dataTable as the render target of the dataScroller.
was:1. Use rich:extendedDataTable instead of rich:dataTable
As a workaround one can specify the render target of the dataScroller component to be the id of the dataTable as in:
{code}
<rich:dataScroller id='datascrollerId' for='tableId' render='tableId' />
{code}
We will continue to investigate the issue and implement a proper fix.

Notice how the presence of the _<rich:collapsibleSubTable />_ tag changes the response to update only the affected row, rather than the whole table. This is why the extra rows are displayed, bot because they are included in the response, but rather because they are not removed by the response.
