acceptedTypes works in case you select any file with type defined in it(acceptedType), if
you select file with another type it cannot be uploaded(but this file available for
selection).
fileUpload: acceptedTypes attribute doesn't work.

Step 1. Add acceptedTypes attribute is equal to "exe" inside rich:fileUpload
tag.
Step 2. Navigate to page with fileUpload component and click "Add" button for
files uploading.
Step 3. Select location with different file types & verify files, available for
uploading.
Actual behavior:
All files from selected location are available for uploading. File filter, being set
using acceptedTypes attribute, doesn't work.
