This patch solves issue with broken positioning, however dropDown still could be cut off
on bottom of the table. This issue may be worked around, see comments for [1].

When a rich:dropDownMenu is used in a rich:extendedDataTable, the rows that appears near
the bottom doesn't display the drop down popup. See the attached file.
