Two identic attributes ("tabIndex" and "tabindex" ) are in the table
of attributes for the rich:calendar. One of them should be removed.

It is impossible to add any description for some attributes. These attributes are absent
in the corresponding config.xml files for the components.
These attributes are disableDefault (< rich:ajaxValidator >),profile (<
rich:graphValidator >),summary (< rich:graphValidator >),value (<
rich:graphValidator >).
