Yes please. Currently, if you set the attribute disabled="true" on page load and
with javascript you reset it to "false", the component is not reenabled.

I have seen several threads requesting this feature. If the rich:calendar component(both
the input fields and the Calendar icon) can be disabled through the client side
script(javascript) it would be helpful.
