In addition to percentages, It would be nice to have a way to specify widths as follows
too:
col1 width = 100px
col2 width = 200px
col3 width = * (where * means take the remaining width of the table.)

Currently you can only define the width of a column inside the rich:extendedDataTable
like this:
<rich:column width="120px" ...
But it should also be possible to define it like this:
<rich:column width="30%" ...
