Upgrade jQuery to version 1.6.2 on the git branch feature/jquery:

Preliminary check of the Richfaces showcase looks positive.
QE please look to see if there are any critical/blocker issues that need to be resolved
before merging the branch.
("Normal" issues should be addressed on the main develop branch)
