Several problems related to wrong relative file paths.
{{faces-shade-transformers}} got {{outputDirectory}} parameter.
{{richfaces-components-ui}} module was fixed.
Assembly configuration files are preprocessed with resource filtering to be filled in with
correct absolute paths.

maven-shade-plugin in components/dist/richfaces-components-ui does not generate
target/taglibs.
These are generated after initial installation and then separated build of
richfaces-components-ui,
but not in complete framework build.
This leads into invalid VDL-DOC content.
